Elena is a recent PhD graduate within the INFANT Centre under the direction of Prof. Geraldine Boylan. She is currently supporting the ELEVATE Research Programme for the Prediction, Early Detection, and Intervention in Cerebral Palsy.

Her research background is in psychology and her PhD explored interpersonal processes, attachment mechanisms, social support, and social inequalities using social network analysis and mixed methods.
